Terms of Use
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Void Tarot, provided by Wild Honey on The Porch LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Personal-use license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Void Tarot on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the app; remove proprietary notices; use it to violate a law or another person’s rights; or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows that activity.
2. Reflection and entertainment only
Void Tarot is a tool for entertainment, personal reflection, and journaling. It does not predict the future, reveal another person’s private thoughts, guarantee an outcome, diagnose a condition, or replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or crisis support.
You are responsible for your decisions and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency help when needed. Do not delay urgent help because of a reading.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the questions, readings, journal entries, voice notes, and profile information you create in Void Tarot. We claim no ownership of that content.
The app stores content locally and may sync supported records through your private iCloud database. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, backups, and any copies you choose to share. The Privacy Policy explains storage, sync, deletion, and Apple-service boundaries.
4. Free features
Void Tarot includes five free readings, the complete 78-card library, the Journal, and access to saved readings and journal entries. We may improve or reorganize features over time, but we will not use a lapsed Premium subscription to hide participant-created reading or journal history.
5. Premium subscriptions
Void Tarot offers annual and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Both plans open the same six Premium Currents and new Premium readings released while the subscription is active.
- The app shows the current price, billing period, introductory offer when eligible, charge after a trial, and renewal terms before you confirm.
- Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel through the subscription-management route in the app or your Apple Account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple controls offer eligibility, billing, Family Sharing, taxes, price changes, cancellation, and refunds.
- When Premium ends, you cannot begin a new Premium reading, but your past readings, journal entries, free readings, and complete Card Library remain available.
If Apple verifies ownership of an earlier lifetime Void Tarot purchase, the app treats that purchase as grandfathered Premium access and does not require the verified owner to subscribe again.
6. Refunds
Apple processes all purchases and refund requests. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue an App Store refund or view your payment card details.
7. Availability and changes
Some features depend on Apple services, device capability, network access, iCloud, Apple Intelligence, speech recognition, or App Store availability. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise that every feature will be available on every device, in every language, or at every time.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Void Tarot to harass, threaten, defraud, exploit, or endanger another person; violate a law or another person’s rights; interfere with the app or Apple services; or distribute unlawful or infringing material.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOID TAROT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION OR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILD HONEY ON THE PORCH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO VOID TAROT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO VOID TAROT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR VOID TAROT DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
11. Termination
You may stop using Void Tarot at any time. We may suspend access to a service we control if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
12. Apple terms
Void Tarot is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless Apple presents a different applicable agreement.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Wild Honey on The Porch LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain in effect. Before filing a formal claim, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through the contact below.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Void Tarot changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
