What to include in a bug report

• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the Void Tarot version and build number;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened; and
• a screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.

Please avoid sending private questions, readings, birth details, or journal text unless that content is essential to reproduce the problem.

Which devices are supported?

Void Tarot is a native iPhone app that requires iOS 26 or later.

Do I need an account?

No. Void Tarot has no sign-in and does not ask for an email address. The display name and birth information you choose to provide stay with your app data.

What is free?

Daily Void, Card Pull, Yes / No, Past / Present / Future, and Journal Ritual are free. The complete searchable 78-card library, both upright and reversed meanings, journal entries, and access to past readings are also free.

What does Premium include?

Premium opens Threshold, Pattern Break, Relation Mirror, Work / Money Current, The Abyss Cross, Chakra Current, and every new Premium reading released while the subscription is active. Annual and monthly options unlock the same content.

How do trials and renewals work?

Apple decides whether an introductory offer is available for your Apple Account. The paywall shows the current regional price, trial period when eligible, charge after the trial, and renewal period before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically until canceled.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Open Profile & Settings in Void Tarot and choose the subscription-management option, or manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops a future renewal; it does not erase past readings or journal entries.

I paid, but Premium is still sealed.

Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Allow a moment for Apple to return the verified purchase. If access still does not appear, email support with the purchase date and app version—never send payment card details.

Can I switch between annual and monthly?

Yes. Apple manages changes within the Void Tarot Premium subscription group so only one current plan should apply at a time.

Does Family Sharing work?

Both Premium plans are configured for Apple Family Sharing. Availability still depends on Apple’s Family Sharing rules, the organizer’s purchase-sharing settings, and the family member’s Apple Account.

What happens when Premium ends?

You cannot begin a new Premium reading without active access. Your past readings, journal entries, five free readings, and complete Card Library remain available.

Can I use reversed cards?

Yes. Open Profile & Settings and enable Include reversed cards. It defaults to off. Changing it affects new readings and does not rewrite cards already chosen for a reading.

Does Void Tarot work offline?

The deck, free readings, Card Library, deterministic meanings, journal, and locally saved history work without a network connection. iCloud sync, App Store purchases, and an optional birthplace search may wait until a connection is available.

Where are voice notes stored?

A saved Journal voice memo stays on the device where it was recorded and does not sync through Void Tarot’s iCloud store. If speech permission or on-device transcription is unavailable, you can continue without a transcript or without recording.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting Void Tarot removes local-only readings, journals, settings, and voice memo files from that iPhone. Records already synced through your private iCloud may return after reinstalling. Voice memo files do not return through Void Tarot’s iCloud sync. Purchases can be restored through Apple.

Does Void Tarot predict the future?

No. Void Tarot is for entertainment, reflection, and journaling. It does not claim psychic certainty and is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or crisis advice.
